So I’m going to assume that if you are reading this, you are probably just as guilty as I am of drinking way too many energy drinks. Everyone is always telling me how bad they are for me so I finally did some research and have recently switched to Verve Energy Drinks. I had no idea energy drinks such as Red Bull have been banned in Norway, Denmark, Uruguay, and France. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Red_bull). Another thing I’ve  been enjoying is that I don’t get nearly as dehydrated as I did when I would crush a red bull right before running out to surf. This company produces several different Mangosteen based products and the energy drinks are just one.
