Brazil CT event

As you may know, I am an avid fantasy surfer competitor. With the Brazil event on I figured I’d share my team for the event. I’m getting pretty beat up in round 2 and am already expecting a fairly average score for the event. If you haven’t been watching the event make sure you tune in tomorrow by visiting http://aspwtrio.com.br and remember that the contest is even a couple hours ahead of the east coast time zone.

The Hampshire

I just looked at all the photos I’ve taken while in New Hampshire and couldn’t help but notice how beautiful the contrast was in many of the pictures taken of the same places during my stay. Here’s what I mean. Enjoy!

Ralphs pics from 5/11/11

This was a kind of sloppy afternoon but the sand bars were really fun and there was plenty of swell in the water. I had already surfed twice so I was pretty tired. Ralph was around and snapped some pictures. Check out his blog and more photos at:

The Hampshire offered up super fun nuggets all over the coast this morning. Another day with almost no wind at all. Here are some pics I snapped between surfs.

Empty lineup shots from 5/11/11

One thing for certain is that since I’ve moved here I have snapped thousands of tempting empty line up shots. With water temps that aren’t scared to drop into the low 30’s, extreme outside air temperatures and dramatic wind/tidal shifts it’s no wonder why there aren’t too many guys that brave a New England winter. Here are a few empty line up shots I took as I drove around 5/11/11. It was a super fun day and I wound up surfing twice. Enjoy!
