Not many things get my attention like lightning. It intrigues me more than most things that occur on this planet and I enjoyed watching every minute of this storm in Puerto. I sat on the rooftop from dusk until 2am, talking aloud to all my favorite people that have passed on from this world. I guess I was just assuming I’m too insensitive to see them enjoying the show with me. Love and miss you guys🙏👆👼👼👼👼👼👼👼👼👼

I had a pleasant surprise tonight as I hopped out of the car and set up my first vineyard shot. An owl swooped overhead and landed on a telephone poll behind me. I got one shot of him while he followed me around “supervising” my shots. I figure he’s just a local owl-coholic who loves wine like a lot of people up here in Napa.
