Holy cow! I don’t know where the time has gone!! My last post was on the 9th, so my apologies. I’ve had people visiting, been catching up with the family, surfing and work always takes some time too lol. Well here’s some random pics from the last few weeks. Enjoy!
I ran down the hill for a little low tide session in the afternoon. There were some fun little bowls. Jackson Dougherty was shooting and sent me this pic after the session. I’m also waiting for a few more. I’ll post them as soon as possible.
“No look jumpers” are only cool in basketball! Here’s a good reason to pass on surfing scripps next time you think it’s a good idea. I was pretty pumped a couple days after this event when my buddy Daniel O’Keefe posted this picture on my Facebook wall. It made me laugh. This clown plowed me on Sunday after his buddy did the same minutes before on a right. Right on DUDES!!

I’m back in SD but unfortunately I just missed some great waves. Oh well. I surfed the institute this morning and then negros this afternoon. The waves were still pretty fun and the weather was epic. Jackson got a couple shots of me that I’ll post ASAP. Here’s some photos I’ve taken over the last few days to hold you over. Enjoy.

The waves were super fun today and when our good friend Tyler McGill isn’t out pulling into Nias bombs, or getting decked by Manny Pacquiao so CBS has better ratings or out bumping tunes on the town in an oversized aqua Summer Sessions bus….
He is here in the Hampshire taking ridiculous donuts!
In all seriousness Ty got some great waves, but this wipeout had me laughing so hard that I swallowed a whole mouthful of kelpy nastiness and almost vomited. Luckily the great mr. Sander was there to document it all. Here are a couple of Tylers good waves and his 3 shot sequence of doom. There will be plenty more photos of today’s action soon to come.
Today I was hanging out in Newburyport with Jen and our amazing host Gwen. There are still no waves but I had a great day, amazing dinner and I got to explore a place I’ve always wanted to see. It was fun cruising around and taking photos
We ate at a restaurant named Enzo and if you have the chance to eat there I certainly recommend it. I had the “free form lasagna” which consisted of house-made pasta handkerchiefs, layered with house-made ricotta and a roasted tomato sauce.
I also scoped some new stretches of sand which unfortunately still had no wave action, but were really pretty.
