Sunday morning stroll
This morning I started walking at 5am(well before sunrise). In total I covered more than 7 miles by 8am and took in some of the most beautiful coastline the state has to offer. But by 8:45am…my back was already feeling the full effect of having a 50lbs backpack on for the entire journey. In full acceptance of the aging process, I humbly summoned an Uber for a ride home.

Perspective
I think that a lot of my passion for taking photos is derived from its ability to package a quick glimpse of perspective that another person would be unable to see otherwise. Here’s an example from Saturday. This is @calcoastphotography Saturday morning. Although we were only about 5 feet away from each other, our positioning and lens choices made for a great contrast of looks within the same moment. I guess I’ll stick with @nat_young photos😜. I can’t think of another person I’ve unintentionally taken more photos of. I guess when you surf as much as he does, and shoot as much as I do…it’s improbable to avoid a pseudo paparazzi relationship. 🙏🏻👆🏻👼🏾👼🏽👼🏼👼
