I ran down the hill for a little low tide session in the afternoon. There were some fun little bowls. Jackson Dougherty was shooting and sent me this pic after the session. I’m also waiting for a few more. I’ll post them as soon as possible.

I’m back in SD but unfortunately I just missed some great waves. Oh well. I surfed the institute this morning and then negros this afternoon. The waves were still pretty fun and the weather was epic. Jackson got a couple shots of me that I’ll post ASAP. Here’s some photos I’ve taken over the last few days to hold you over. Enjoy.

I surfed a completely secret spot this morning before work with Bryan Guter ad Hunter Lysaught. There were some fun little running waves. The wind stayed good all day too. Here is a pic from before sunset.

I had a bit of a fever last night and a headache during the day but the good news was that the waves were not so stellar.

I left SD this morning and I’m now typing this overlooking hanalei bay. Thanks to Chris for putting us up while we are here and it should be a great time. Here’s some pics from the day.

There were still plenty of waves today. I rode my 5’9″ Misfit and tried some new Chilli Future fins. They worked really, really good.

Well I thought the waves were going to be a lot better this week. Unfortunately that wasn’t the case. The highlight of my weekend was finally getting to attend a wedding at scripps. My friends Kristen and Alex somehow were able to lock down the venue.
Before the ceremony started I got to watch Mr. Michael Gumina and Remy Juboori take apart some waist high slop which added to the coolness factor for myself. Miraculously the sun also came out for the first time in about five days for the end of the ceremony and sunset. It was an all around amazing night in which lots of people had fun and Kristens mom Rosanne even thanked me in her speech which was so nice.
